Internship Time!! Karen Blixen Cooking School interactive cooking classes It is finally time for the CS2201 team, which is the current cohort of cooking school students to go for their internship. The young upcoming chefs have been in the school since January where, for the last six months they were being trained from basic culinary theory and food production to developing confidence in the kitchen. In addition, with Karen Blixen Camp kitchen department being welcoming they had regular hands on live experience on what it entails to work in the kitchen.

In January the cooking school had the pleasure of hosting MMWCA (Maasai Mara Wildlife Conservancies Association) Program Officers on a tour of the school.
