In January the cooking school had the pleasure of hosting MMWCA (Maasai Mara Wildlife Conservancies Association) Program Officers on a tour of the school.

. It is 2020 and as Karen Blixen Camp Trust there are a beehive of activities lined up. The Maasai Rianta Women Group already is working towards delivering dog collars orders in Denmark.

Karen Blixen Camp is fully powered by a solar panel system with back-up battery bank providing 24 hours electricity for all facilities. The solar panels collect solar radiation from the sun and convert this energy into electricity.
