From our kitchen Karen Blixen Camp

With the current team of students almost finishing their course after 18 months of intensive learning and internship, almost everyone has curved a special niche of what they would like to be from working in the hot kitchen once they graduate from the school after sitting their final examination.

From a group of excited young boys and girls who joined the school in July 2018 to a crop of confident, creative and hand-on students who have all grown to love pastry in a very short time that the eighteen months have been.
From rough puff pastry, choux pastry, sweet pastry to short pastry each student loves the kitchen and takes to the kitchen like experts they already are.
